24th Annual Walk in the Park 2019
Join us outdoors at Highmark Amphitheater at Liberty Park for a walk with your BFF (best furry friend).
Enjoy a casual walk (not a run or a ride or a race) to benefit the animals of Because You Care...
BYC's Walk in the Park is planned Sunday, Sept. 15, on Erie's bayfront. Dogs are welcome but not required at this fun fundraiser!
The Donations You collect will be used to provide routine vaccines, veterinary care, their spay/neuter, and provide food and shelter while we foster and maintain the cats, kittens, and dogs in Foster Care and/or at our Adoption Center until they find a loving and happy home.
-Minimum $50 Registration includes your Walk T-shirt
-Collect $150 in Donations, you receive your T-shirt and Walk Sweatshirt
-A light lunch will be served after the walk.
-Vendors will be on hand.
-DJ will provide entertainment
-Fun activities for human and canine will be available.
-HUGE (and Famous) basket raffle will benefit animals in need of significant medical care(The Franklin Fund).
PRIZES FOR BEST FUNDRAISER, WALKERS, AND DOOR PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED.
The family-friendly event will be held rain or shine. Dogs must be on a leash and under control at all times. Bags will be provided so you can clean up after your walking buddy.
