DOGS ARE WELCOME!
All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and you must be able to show your pets current rabies tag. Park regulations require all dogs to be on a leash of 6-feet or less at all times. Puppies must be at least 6-months of age. Also, do not bring female dogs in season.

Cleanup bags and doggie water stations will be provided.

Registration:
12:00 noon - 12:45 p.m.

Opening Remarks:
12:55 p.m.

Walk:
1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Route
Roadways surrounding Beach 11 picnic area.
Each circle is one mile.

Rain or Shine
The Walk event will be held rain or shine,
so please dress for the weather.

T-Shirts
All participants who bring in $50 or more
will receive one free official BYC Walk for
Small Animals T-shirt.

Proceeds
Your contribution will be used to provide the spay/neuter of each animal, as well as veterinary care, food and other items needed to care for the animals while in foster care. We suggest starting early and collectin money as supports sign your pledge form. All donations, no matter how small, are welcome!

Under 14
Walkers under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Reasons to Support Because You Care
 

1) BYC, a 501(c)3 volunteer-based organization, dedicates itself to rescuing abandoned and abused animals by placing them in loving foster homes for rehabilitation until they are ready for adoption by screened applicants.

2) BYC absorbs all costs involved in the rehabilitation of each animal, including the spay/neuter of each animal in an ongoing effort to decrease pet overpopulation, all vaccinations, surgeries needed for injured animals, food, litter and all other necessary pet supplies.

3) BYC receives no public funds. All expenses are met through donations, membership fees and fund raising activities.

4) Your walk sponsorship is tax deductible. You may also choose to receive advertising in return, which includes your name and/or logo on our printed materials and our Web site.
