BYC Block Party at Brewerie was a huge success!

The Brewerie at Union Station (123 W.14th Street, Erie) is having a block party and has asked Because You Care to be the chosen charity.  Every Thursday throughout the summer downtown bars host a block party.  They will shut down the block in front of their establishment, bands will play from 5 p.m.-midnight and they will have food and drink specials!  Come out and join us for a great summer event!

The chosen charity will be able to have displays, sell merchandise and collect donations.  This is a great oppotunity for BYC to let the community know about all the great work that we do for animals in our area. 

We will need around 30 volunteers from 5-10 p.m. to help out at this event to sell merchandise, help out with games and man the BYC booth. If you're interesting in volunteering for this event, please contact: Alice DeGeorge at presqueisleprinting@verizon.net.
